Private and Semi Private Yoga

Private yoga instruction provides the opportunity for attention to be solely devoted to your body and practice. The experience is driven by your yoga practice, body, questions, needs and goals. The sessions are completely individualized to meet your needs.

Private  sessions

At a private session, you can choose to:

  • Work on improving your posture and anatomical alignment.
  • Work on the strengthening, stretching and releasing of specific body areas.
  • Deepen your understanding of the alignment and execution of specific postures.
  • Develop a specialized home practice

Semi and Group Privates

Semi-private and group instruction for your group of 2 or more, a yoga practice completely individualized for your groups needs.   A fun experience for your family reunion, bridal shower, bachelorette party or other special event.  Group privates can be held at the studio, your home or at the beach.
